Returns

Inspect all merchandise upon   arrival, if you should find that the merchandise does not meet your expectations   or satisfaction, contact us immediately and tell us about your concerns, so we   can satisfy your purchase.

If you are unhappy with your   purchase and you would like to return the product, you have 14 days from the   time of item being shipped, special ordered items are nonreturnable.  Just send us an email asking for a return   authorization number. To receive a full refund minus shipping cost the product   must be in the original packaging and without any damage.

If you find that your merchandise   is defective please contact us by email at support@dadelock.com with a brief description of the defect.

Warranty returns require RMA #,   the RMA # must be written on the outside of the returned merchandise packaging.

In order to obtain this # you must   first send us an email requesting a RMA FORM. Follow all the instructions on the   form and email the completed form back to support@dadelock.com

Defective merchandise returned to   us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired and   returned as received.

Any merchandise returned that   shows any sign of abuse or physical damage will NOT be accepted for warranty   service regardless of any other problem with the product.

Dade Lock & Key will not be   responsible for loss of usage of merchandise during this period of time nor will   a loaner item be made available.

Return shipping costs will be the   customer’s responsibility on all returns to Dade Lock & Key.

 

Dade Lock & Key will return   the repaired or replaced merchandise at no-charge.

 

Shipping

We currently only ship to United States address only. Outside the United States address call us to arrange your shipment.

After placing an order online you will receive a comfirmation email that your order has been received, as the order is processed you will recieve emails on the status of your order and the shipped email status will contain the tracking number.

All orders are shipped within 24 or 48 hours after receiving your order. If an item is not in stock you will be contacted for any further instruction on how to proceed with your order.

All special orders may take from two to six weeks depending on the manufacturer.
